  • Holding tanks show empty. Open all faucets and toilet valve. Switch bypass valve, shut off supply and return for hot water heater. Install air hose with regulator to RV. Blow out all lines. Remove anode/drain plug from water heater. Anode found badly deteriorated with sediment left in tank. Flush water heater tank with hose through drain until clean. Drain plug LEFT OUT and anode put in bag on counter to match for replacement. Recommend when filling RV to leave drain plug out to rinse out again. Cycle water pump to expel water. Take supplied RV anti freeze and pour down all drains including toilet. Leave some in bowl. Faucets all left OPEN.
