- Road test showed transmission will not upshift. Stuck in 2nd gear. CEL is on. Clunking in front end. Computer scan returned codes P073F – Unable to engage gear 1, P074B – Unable to engage gear 3, P2832 – Shift fork "A" position circuit range performance, P285E – Shift for "A" actuator circuit high. External checks showed clunk in front end is due to play in sway bar links. Transmission is stuck in 2nd gear and will not upshift due to internal failure in transmission. Transmission must be removed for replacement and programming.
