Road test showed starter staying engaged longer than it should then drive gear locks up and won't start. External checks showed battery terminal ends are loose on post and have corrosion build up not allowing full voltage to vehicle. Starter needs to be replaced due to internal failure.
STARTER ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – V8
Remove cable ends, clean all corrosion, resurface posts and terminal ends. Reinstall cables and seal complete terminals.
Two year 24000 mile warranty on workmanship with limited lifetime warranty on alternators/starters with one free replacement only and two years on other listed parts only and only in this shop. Warranty does not cover abuse deemed by this shop.

Road test showed SES light is on. Vehicle works with no issues. Reverse engages and have all forward gears. Does not take off slow. Computer scan returned codes P0700 – TCM request MIL, P0751 – Shift solenoid valve 1 performance, P0761 – Shift solenoid valve 4 performance. External checks showed after several attempts and letting vehicle sit overnight no problems are found and everything is working as it should. Service transmission and rear diff per customer request.
R&R differential cover to drain and inspect. Clean, reseal cover, and fill as required. 90 warranty against leaks at service point only and only in this shop.

Holding tanks show empty. Open all faucets and toilet valve. Switch bypass valve, shut off supply and return for hot water heater. Install air hose with regulator to RV. Blow out all lines. Remove anode/drain plug from water heater. Anode found badly deteriorated with sediment left in tank. Flush water heater tank with hose through drain until clean. Drain plug LEFT OUT and anode put in bag on counter to match for replacement. Recommend when filling RV to leave drain plug out to rinse out again. Cycle water pump to expel water. Take supplied RV anti freeze and pour down all drains including toilet. Leave some in bowl. Faucets all left OPEN.
