Road test showed CEL/TPMS/ABS lights on. Vehicle has no reverse or 1st gear. Rpm's rev up and has harsh engagement into 2nd and barely moves. Computer scan returned codes P0131 – 02 sensor circuit low voltage B1S1, P0480 – Fan 1 control circuit, P07A5 – Trans friction element "B" stuck on, P287A – Clutch "B" stuck engaged. External checks showed transmission has major internal failure and must be removed for replacement.
Remove trans to install reman transmission with all listed parts. Road test, recheck and make final adjustments.

Three year 50,000 mile warranty against defects in materials and workmanship only and only in this shop. If thought to have any malfunction immediate notification to us Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm must be done. Warranty does not cover abuse or neglect deemed by this shop. Vehicle must be brought back 15 days from pick up date for inspection or warranty will be void. Vehicle again must be returned for transmission service and check over in 12,000 miles or 1 year (which ever comes first), from above listed date or mileage, or warranty is void This service will be done at a discount using a $25.00 gift card.

Road test showed – No road test due to major oil leak. External checks showed oil pressure switch is broken allowing oil to spray out of switch. Oil level is low due to leak (Approx 2quarts).
OIL PRESSURE SWITCH – Remove & Replace
Reclaimed .6oz, evacuate. Recharge A/C system with 24oz freon and 3oz oil mixed with dye. Perform leak inspection (Passed). Road test and recheck shows temp at 40 degrees at idle. IF system runs warm again we will recheck for leaks now that dye is in the system. Reinspection for leak will be at no cost. Cost of any parts and labor for repairs and freon will be charged.
