Road test showed very slight timing chain rattle on start up. Did not feel any lurching or surging. Hear rotational scraping noise. Steering wheel off center and pulls left. Oil change light is on. External checks showed engine air filter and cabin filter are extremely dirty/plugged. Front brakes are making noise from no lubrication and sticking in caliper bracket (Pad life 80%). Engine oil is low on stick (Cause of timing chain rattle at start up). Right front upper ball joint is severely loose and almost coming out of joint.
Perform engine oil change, top off fluids, air tires. 90 day warranty against leak at service points only and only in this shop.

Road test showed hard to drive, rear of vehicle sways around. Loud pop/clunk in front end when turning at times. Wiper blades all streak and hard to see out of windows. External checks showed rear hatch handle is seizing not allowing it to fully unlatch. Front strut spring on left side is broken and spring is hanging down. Rear mono beam frame is bent and needs to be replaced w/alignment.

Road test showed concern of no start condition. Have all necessary power and ground and full power inside vehicle. TPMS/Maintenance lights on. Have to push into. External checks showed starter is locked up and not engaging to start vehicle. Starter must be replaced in order to recheck system operation. Customer has approved repairs for starter and asked us to check brakes when vehicle is able to be driven and checked. After repairs and recheck the rear brakes are grinding due to stuck calipers. Rear brakes need complete replacement to fix. Front brakes have been replaced and show no signs of any issues.
