    • Road test showed concern now at multiple speeds. Computer scan returned code P000B – Bank 1 Camshaft 2 Slow Response. External checks showed clatter/bearing noise from tensioner and idler. Serpentine belt is worn/jumping from bad tensioner. Engine oil is black but full. Watching live scanner data vvt solenoid sticks intermittently when loudest clatter/rattling noise happens (Recommend engine oil system flush).
    • SERPENTINE BELT / TENSIONER ASSEMBLY & IDLER PULLEY – Remove & Replace
    • Flush engine oil system with required BG chemicals, Perform engine oil & filter change, (most filters & up to 5 qts oil inc) with driveline inspection, top off fluids & air up tires. This procedure is for maintenance only and does not cure leaks or mechanical problems. If problems persist further mechanical repairs will need to be made. 90 day warranty against leak at service points only and only in this shop.
    • Two year 24000 mile warranty against defects on materials and workmanship only and only in this shop. Warranty does not cover abuse deemed by this shop.

    • Road test showed all vents blowing cold/luke air. Temp gauge always stayed low on dash. External checks showed coolant is contaminated and shows heavy build up/crystallization in cap. Loss of heat is due to bad coolant/contamination. Must flush complete cooling system several different ways (See flush cooling system labor description) and replace thermostat assembly.
    • Power flush cooling system with cleaning chemicals and refill with conditioner and required extended life coolant. When thermostat removed flush engine block, heater core and reservoir out with water/cleaner. After reassembly power flush cooling system with chemicals and refill with conditioner and required antifreeze. 90 day warranty against leak at service points only and only in this shop.
    • THERMOSTAT & GASKET – R&R – In-Line6
    • Two year 24000 mile warranty against defects on materials and workmanship only and only in this shop. Warranty does not cover abuse deemed by this shop. After repairs temp gauge reaches 190 degrees and have great heat from all vents when checked with temp gauge in vent system (Idle temp 120, Driving temp 130-150).

    • Road test showed 4wd/4Low light on/flashing. Computer scan returned code C2112 – Sensor supply 1 circuit voltage high. External checks showed put in 4 high and light came on. Shifted to 4 low and light started flashing with loud clicking/knocking noise and now light won't turn off when put in 2wd. Transfer case shift motor is internally failing and needs to be replaced.
    • TRANSFER CASE SHIFT MOTOR – R&R
    • Drain transfer case. Inspect and fill as required. 90 warranty against leaks at service point only and only in this shop.

    • Road test showed drove ok. External checks showed front brake rotors worn and newer pads at 50%. rera brake pads down to approximate 5%.
    • SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace – 5.7L Eng,Eng CD EZH
    • Clean fuel injection system, valves, combustion chamber. Install fuel tank system cleaner. This service is for maintenance for a better performing engine and does not fix mechanical problems. 90 day warranty against leak at service points only and only in this shop.
    • External checks showed after removing calipers and checking piston movement and for corrosion, are reusable. Disassemble, clean and lube required brake areas to install listed parts and adjust as required. Bleed system as required. Road test and recheck. Two year 24000 mile warranty against defects in materials and workmanship only and only in this shop. Limited lifetime warranty on calipers and wheel cylinders with ONE free replacement. Warranty does not cover abuse deemed by this shop. SDR WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for brake calipers or wheel cylinders that were not replaced that are sticking, leaking and cause damage to pads and rotors prematurely.

    • Road test showed runs good, drives good External checks showed all pulleys appeared fine at this time, front brakes are at approx. 15% life left should be replaced around fall depending upon how much it is driven. Rear pinion seal is leaking and should be replaced in the near future with in a few months at most.
