- Road test showed – No start, vehicle was towed into shop onto lift to inspect. External checks showed starter has failed internally and not engaging. Have all necessary power and grounds. Starter needs to be replaced. E-brake cables will no release due to rust inside casing damaging cable.

- Two year 24000 mile warranty on workmanship with limited lifetime warranty on alternators/starters with one free replacement only and two years on other listed parts only and only in this shop. Warranty does not cover abuse deemed by this shop.
