“When I started SDR back in 1979, I was told continually that Kenosha was a “tough nut to crack.” Well, we’re still here after 47 years through two bad recessions, AMC/Chrysler closing, along with many other industries closing or leaving the area. 2012 GMC Yukon
Mileage63,907Service Date6/10/2026Services Performed- Road test showed concern. Reclaimed .78lbs, evacuate. Recharge A/C system with 2.5lbs freon and 2 oil mixed with dye. Perform leak inspection. External checks showed no visual leaks at this time. Road test and recheck shows temp at 48 degrees inside with an outside temp of 90 degrees. IF system runs warm again we will recheck for leaks now that dye is in the system. Reinspection for leak will be at no cost. Cost of any parts and labor for repairs and freon will be charged.

2004 Jeep Liberty
Mileage169,356Service Date6/3/2026Services Performed- Road test showed CEL/TPMS lights on. Did not have any issue on take off. Front end clunks, steering is tight and does not return after turning. Vehicle has rough idle and loud exhaust. Computer scan returned codes P0132 – 1/1 oxygen sensor high voltage, P0430 – Catalyst B2 efficiency / high voltage. External checks showed right front window regulator assembly is broken and needs to be replaced. Right outer tie rod end is extremely bad. Left lower ball joint is severely loose. Both upper ball joints are bad. Valve cover gaskets are starting to leak. Bank 2 catalytic converter has failed and possibly started breaking apart. B1S1 oxygen sensor is not working within specified range. Exhaust muffler seam is split open and needs to be replaced (Can also see contamination/broken pieces in seam possibly from cat).

2017 Dodge Grand Caravan

- Road test revealed SES light on. Transmission shifts ok cold. After warming up has loud whine from internal transmission pump/converter and quits moving. Computer monitor returned fault codes P083B – LC pressure switch rationality, P0944 – Loss of hydraulic pump prime, P084B – DC pressure switch rationality. External checks showed transmission fluid is slightly overfull/dark and smells burnt. Transmission has major mechanical/electrical failure occurring and must be removed for tear down inspection/rebuild or replacement. Remove trans to install reman transmission with all listed parts. Road test, recheck and make final adjustments.
- Power flush transmission cooling system
- Three year 50,000 mile warranty against defects in materials and workmanship only and only in this shop. If thought to have any malfunction immediate notification to us Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm must be done. Warranty does not cover abuse or neglect deemed by this shop. Vehicle must be brought back 15 days from pick up date for inspection or warranty will be void. Vehicle again must be returned for transmission service and check over in 12,000 miles or 1 year (which ever comes first), from above listed date or mileage, or warranty is void This service will be done at a discount using a $25.00 gift card.

2017 Ford Escape

2014 Toyota Camry
Mileage174,055Service Date5/15/2026Services Performed- Road test showed TPMS/Airbag lights on. Extremely loud wheel bearing noise in front end. Very slight hesitation/delay into 3rd gear intermittently. External checks showed front wheel bearings need to be replaced due to severe play/noise. Tires are bald/chopped and starting to show cords through. Transmission does have slight delay/hesitation into 3rd but not all the time. Watching live data shows transmission has no issues. Suspect a mechanical failure is slowly starting but may continue to shift like this for a long time.

2008 Honda Accord
Mileage153,263Service Date5/14/2026Services Performed- Road test showed very slight timing chain rattle on start up. Did not feel any lurching or surging. Hear rotational scraping noise. Steering wheel off center and pulls left. Oil change light is on. External checks showed engine air filter and cabin filter are extremely dirty/plugged. Front brakes are making noise from no lubrication and sticking in caliper bracket (Pad life 80%). Engine oil is low on stick (Cause of timing chain rattle at start up). Right front upper ball joint is severely loose and almost coming out of joint.
- Perform engine oil change, top off fluids, air tires. 90 day warranty against leak at service points only and only in this shop.

Warranty does not cover abuse deemed by this shop. Suspension parts must be lubed on a regular basis. Warranty is VOID if failure is due to rusting caused by lack of lubrication.

2014 Audi Q5

Top off fluids, air tires. Computer returned no codes. External checks showed all brakes show 25-30% life left and no issues. Spark plugs are fouled out and should be replaced. Engine has excessive carbon build up and needs to be flushed out for better performance/running. 90 day warranty against leak at service points only and only in this shop.
