“When I started SDR back in 1979, I was told continually that Kenosha was a “tough nut to crack.” Well, we’re still here after 47 years through two bad recessions, AMC/Chrysler closing, along with many other industries closing or leaving the area. 2011 Toyota Camry
Mileage376,973Service Date3/10/2026Services Performed- Road test showed – No road test, pushed into shop due to leak concern. External checks showed Transmission fluid level is very low. Left axle seal is damaged causing major fluid leak. Need to replace left axle seal and service transmission. **After installation of output seal and transmission service road test shows vehicle has hard time accelerating after warming up and bogs. Pulled back inside, removed oxygen sensor on manifold converter and checked inside piping for issue with borescope. Borescope shows catalytic converter is broken causing vehicle to not accelerate. Must replace manifold converter assembly.
- OUTPUT SEAL – Remove & Replace – Left Side
- Service transmission with filter/gasket & fluid (Includes clean internals / flush fluid). 90 day warranty against leak at service points only and only in this shop.
- EXHAUST MANIFOLD/CONVERTER ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace
- Converters are warranted for emission performance for two years or 25,000 miles and for physical integrity of the shell and pipe for five years or 50,000. Two year 24000 miles on labor only and any other listed parts only in this shop. Warranty does not cover abuse deemed by this shop such as but not limited to under performing engines.

2015 RAM 2500 HD
Mileage121,338Service Date2/3/2026Services Performed- Road test showed all vents blowing cold/luke air. Temp gauge always stayed low on dash. External checks showed coolant is contaminated and shows heavy build up/crystallization in cap. Loss of heat is due to bad coolant/contamination. Must flush complete cooling system several different ways (See flush cooling system labor description) and replace thermostat assembly.
- Power flush cooling system with cleaning chemicals and refill with conditioner and required extended life coolant. When thermostat removed flush engine block, heater core and reservoir out with water/cleaner. After reassembly power flush cooling system with chemicals and refill with conditioner and required antifreeze. 90 day warranty against leak at service points only and only in this shop.
- THERMOSTAT & GASKET – R&R – In-Line6
- Two year 24000 mile warranty against defects on materials and workmanship only and only in this shop. Warranty does not cover abuse deemed by this shop. After repairs temp gauge reaches 190 degrees and have great heat from all vents when checked with temp gauge in vent system (Idle temp 120, Driving temp 130-150).

2011 RAM Pickup
Mileage106,582Service Date2/4/2026Services Performed- Road test showed 4wd/4Low light on/flashing. Computer scan returned code C2112 – Sensor supply 1 circuit voltage high. External checks showed put in 4 high and light came on. Shifted to 4 low and light started flashing with loud clicking/knocking noise and now light won't turn off when put in 2wd. Transfer case shift motor is internally failing and needs to be replaced.
- TRANSFER CASE SHIFT MOTOR – R&R
- Drain transfer case. Inspect and fill as required. 90 warranty against leaks at service point only and only in this shop.
- Two year 24000 mile warranty against defects on materials and workmanship only and only in this shop. Warranty does not cover abuse deemed by this shop.

2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD
Mileage171,892Service Date1/20/2026Services Performed- Road test showed SES light is on. Vehicle works with no issues. Reverse engages and have all forward gears. Does not take off slow. Computer scan returned codes P0700 – TCM request MIL, P0751 – Shift solenoid valve 1 performance, P0761 – Shift solenoid valve 4 performance. External checks showed after several attempts and letting vehicle sit overnight no problems are found and everything is working as it should. Service transmission and rear diff per customer request.
- R&R differential cover to drain and inspect. Clean, reseal cover, and fill as required. 90 warranty against leaks at service point only and only in this shop.
