“When I started SDR back in 1979, I was told continually that Kenosha was a “tough nut to crack.” Well, we’re still here after 47 years through two bad recessions, AMC/Chrysler closing, along with many other industries closing or leaving the area. I attribute our success to our diverse community of great hard-working people.
I have operated SDR on the principle of treating a customer as if I were in their shoes on the other side of the counter. Good communication leads to a proper understanding. This is of utmost importance in solving your problem.
