“When I started SDR back in 1979, I was told continually that Kenosha was a “tough nut to crack.” Well, we’re still here after 47 years through two bad recessions, AMC/Chrysler closing, along with many other industries closing or leaving the area. I attribute our success to our diverse community of great hard-working people.
I have operated SDR on the principle of treating a customer as if I were in their shoes on the other side of the counter. Good communication leads to a proper understanding. This is of utmost importance in solving your problem.

2016 Toyota Corolla

External checks showed wiper blades need replacing. Minor tire wear starting and suggest replacement of struts/shocks in future for wear issue. Transmission service should be done soon due to mileage/age of vehicle and minor pan gasket seepage/leak starting (Approx $400 for CVT transmission service). 90 day warranty against leak at service points only and only in this shop.

2007 Jeep Liberty
Mileage136,303Service Date11/13/2025Services Performed- Road test showed ABS/Trac/ESP-BAS/Brake lights on. Rattle under hood. Computer scan returned codes C102B – Right rear wheel speed sensor circuit, C1032 – Right rear wheel speed sensor signal erratic, U1418 – Implausible right wheel distance signal received. External checks showed serpentine belt split apart and only has half of the ribs left. Serpentine belt tensioner is broken and crooked causing noise. ABS wire harness in rear of vehicle has broken wires causing error codes and lights to illuminate (Fix broken wiring).

2014 Chevrolet Express 3500
Mileage64,466Service Date11/11/2025Services Performed- Holding tanks show empty. Open all faucets and toilet valve. Switch bypass valve, shut off supply and return for hot water heater. Install air hose with regulator to RV. Blow out all lines. Remove anode/drain plug from water heater. Anode found badly deteriorated with sediment left in tank. Flush water heater tank with hose through drain until clean. Drain plug LEFT OUT and anode put in bag on counter to match for replacement. Recommend when filling RV to leave drain plug out to rinse out again. Cycle water pump to expel water. Take supplied RV anti freeze and pour down all drains including toilet. Leave some in bowl. Faucets all left OPEN.

2018 Jeep Wrangler

Visual check of rear brakes show all parts are newer but have no lubrication and pieces of hardware is missing. Need to install new hardware, clean and lube all possible areas and recheck.
